Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fxtrack (the "Service"), operated by Fxtrack Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What fxtrack is

fxtrack is a self-serve trading analytics platform. You can import trade history from broker statements or connect a broker via MetaApi.cloud, and view analytics, charts, and reports based on that data. fxtrack does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. Not investment advice

Content shown on fxtrack — including leaderboards, statistics, and shared profiles — is for informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses you incur. If you need financial advice, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate, current information at signup and keep it up to date.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account without our written permission.

4. Broker connections and third-party data

If you connect a broker via MetaApi.cloud, you supply your own MetaApi API token. We store that token encrypted at rest and use it solely to fetch your trade history on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time by removing the token from Settings. fxtrack is not affiliated with MetaApi or any broker; those relationships are governed by their own terms.

5. Public content

If you mark a profile or account as public, its analytics may be visible to other users and on public leaderboards. You are responsible for what you choose to share. You can make any account private at any time; existing viewers may still hold copies of what was previously public.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload trade data that you do not have the right to use, or that is fabricated with intent to mislead the leaderboard or other users.
• Scrape, redistribute, or resell data from other users' profiles.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable sanctions.

7. Fees and paid tiers

The core Service is currently offered free of charge. Paid tiers (e.g. "Pro") may be introduced with additional features. If we introduce paid tiers, we will notify you before charging you. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Broker data may lag, be incomplete, or contain errors passed through from the source.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall fxtrack or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, trading losses, or data loss — arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event or (b) USD 100.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or if required by law. On termination, your public content will be removed within a reasonable period; backups may persist for a limited retention window.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice in the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
